i'm looking for xmas presents for my boyfriend, who is a huge fixed gear bike enthusiast, and i was wondering if anyone knew some good books on the subject. not fix-it manuals or anything, but maybe historical/documentary types about the evolution of the bike, bike gangs, etc. thanks.
