What are some good and safe online contests where I can send in my poetry?

I've been working on a lot of poetry for a couple years now and I want to send in some of my work to some online contests. I was wondering if anyone knows any good and safe contests. I don't want to have to pay an entry fee and I don't want my work stolen.
 
Writer's Digest Magazine has a very reputable and safe contest, but you do need to pay an entry fee. There are not many contests that you can enter for free. The entry fees is how they come up with the money to pay the winners their prizes.
