I'm a teenager and about everytime I even eat a little bit of food such as a sandwich, my stomach bloats up! I'm about 5' 4'' or 5'5'' and 117 lb. So, I'm healthy and average weight with curves but the only problem is my stomach. I can suck my stomach in so it appears normal, but I want to just know it's normal and healthy and summer is coming and I don't want to have to suck it in while I'm at the beach. What are some abdominal exercises that will make me have a flat stomach or atleast anything close to it?
