What are some fun little pranks or shenanigans I could pull with friends?

My friends and I like to drive around when its dark and do crazy things.
Recently we showed up at our friend's house and scoped it out, knocking on his window and running until finally he came outside. We're looking for more fun things like this to do.
Also, anything to the tune of ding dong ditching and things like that.
Please no "that's not nice" or any of that crap. I'm not interested.
 
You Could TP things then rinse it with water so the toilet paper sticks to it. or you could plastic wrap a car shut, or (this one is fucked up) you could tip a car over...egg someones house rubber cement condoms and dildos to their windows and doors, put up a sign in their yard saying he is a registered sex offender...or you could light their house on fire :D
 
Well, you can always do the "burning dog shit" bag thing, but instead of dog shit, fill the bag with rusty nails and screws! Its a riot every time!
 
If you don't mind spending a little bit of money you`d need quite a gullible friend find a funny phone call website they ring your friend up while you listen in 1:50 a min but only on for about 3 min so funny hahaaha
