i workout 4 days or more a week and i do bench press dumbell bench ez bar curls and lat pull downs. i also run about 10-15 miles a week,but just started this 3 weeks ago. I need some more chest exersizes i look pretty toned everywhere, but my chest is less tone than the rest are there anyways to get more toned in the chest and everywhere else? thanks
