I suck at swimming, but somehow, i made my schools swimming team, but my MAIN problem is that i cant hold my breath for that long at ALL and i come up every few seconds and I'm gasping for breath so i REALLY need help...i cant get in the water because i don't have a pool at home and i wont be in the pool for 2 days...so what are some exercises i can like do on my own at home?? help please!1
