in modern or popular music? I recently purchased a Shure 520DX, the modern version of Shure's 1950's era Green Bullet microphone. The thing has a great tone, and I know I've heard the sound in many songs, but I can't place it. I'm leaning toward Modest Mouse, and seem to remember seeing them on Letterman using one. But I know there are others. Can anyone cite specific examples of a song that uses the green bullet microphone?
