For my English exam this year we are required to write an essay on conflict. We must take examples from novels we have studied in class and any outside sources. I have studied "The Crucible" and "The Secret River". I'm trying to find examples from history as in Martin Luther and the Rosenberg's but our English teacher advised us to use examples which aren't so well known because the examiners see many of the same examples constantly being used. If you could name a few examples of conflict throughout history which aren't so well known that would be of great help.
