what are some examples of composite words?

I know that they need to be classified in at least 2 groups of icon, index, symbol

also they can either be lingiustic, pictorial, auditory?


here are some that i think are composite words
1) hiccup -iconic & symbolic
2) cough- iconic& indexical

need more examples
