...person? I am a new GM of a hotel and was informed that I am over the sales person as well. I was told that I have to have daily 5-10 minute meetings with the sale rep, to find out what is on the books and plans for the day/week/month. I am also to ask them several questions about their productivity? I am trying to get some ideas of questions I could ask or different was to put them.
