what are some different options if your FAFSA financial aid results aren't enough?

I have been offered the following:
Federal Pell Grant - Full Time
Federal Work Study
Federal Direct Subsidized Ln 1
Federal Direct Unsub Ln 1
& a grant from the school.
But, I will still owe a little over $17,000 ... is there anything that I can do to try and get that number a little smaller, because there is no way I can afford that.
