What are some colleges with a high African American student percentage?

The Picky Black GIrl College of America (PBGCA)
It's somewhere in The Congo i believe.
 
I am going to be going to college in a few years, and i'm african american myself. I want to get a high rate education, while also being comfortable with the surrounding people i'll be living with. I live in Indiana and I would love to here some school names ~

Delaware State University don't know the percentage but many of my friends go there on minority scholarships and they're white, latino, asian, ect. The university is located in Dover, DE. It's a pretty good school, not too expensive either.
