what are some colleges that have both an outstanding music and art programs?

For my carrier i have been thinking about going into either music or art. (most likely a combination of both) But i have been looking around for colleges that will have a really good art program and a excellent music program. and the schools i have looked at have either had only a good music program and not so good art program or the other way around. so i was wondering if any schools had the best of both worlds. also i live in michigan so colleges closer to michigan would be preferred, but just give me any suggestions you may have. thanks
