What are some cheap, creative ways to re-decorate my room?

Just curious if you have some ways you've re-decorated your room... under 50$ I guess. If you're confused just tell me the layout of your bedroom, maybe I can get some ideas from that.
I'm not allowed to paint my walls :[ I wish I could. And eyes? I'd feel like there'd be someone watchin me! XD
