What are some career choices modeling around health and nutrition?

I know that I want to help people be healthy, with the use of food; not medication.
I do not know where to start though, or what career choices I have.
If anyone could offer me some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
I am 17 going on 18 so I have time to go to school etc.
