What are some basic things to write on a card?

something like: hi, how is it going? how are you doin in school, or maybe how are your kids?
 
I just moved into a new church, and everyone in my Sunday school class has to make cards for a woman that I have no idea who she is, except that I THINK she's a new teacher for my class, since I'm absolutely horrible with remembering names I'm not sure. So I haven't the foggiest what to write on this card! What do you think I should write?
