Hello, I've recently started getting into shape, and just living a healthier lifestyle. I've been eating less junk and watching how much I eat in general, not too many snack, and proper size portions.
However, I am having trouble with the exercising part...Weights I can lift fine and I think my weight lifting routine is good enough, however cardio is a complete different story. I have been biking 2.0km everyday sometimes 4km's (2 km's at the different times) and tonight I biked for 5 mins which was around 2.7km's however I find myself getting really tired quite quickly. What are some easier exercises I can do when first beginning, I want to keep biking, and eventually running, but I do not think I am at that point. I'm very out of shape, I'm about 5'6" and i weigh aprox. 205 lbs, and yes I know that is a lot, but I am getting better! I have mild asthma but I think its clearing up, because it hasn't acted up since I began exercising, and I have sclerosis or w/e its called and loosing weight will help with that as well. Sorry if this question is dragged on but I just want to know what are some easier things I can do to begin with?
