I've been diagnosed as being "clinically depressed". For years, I have been put on a plethora of anti-depressants. As much as they do help me, I fear that my lifestyle is not fit for anti-depressants because I drink too much and you are not supposed to mix alcohol with them. What are some natural ways that I can boost production of serotonin and reduce depression and anxiety? For example, are there any vitamins or supplements I could take that would help? I know regular exercise and eating healthy foods can help but is there anything else? You're input would be much appreciated! Thank you : )
