what are my rights with a pet shop with sick animals. I bought a pet rat form pets at home that was up for adoption. he had a lump on his head region and was told that it was a huntchback and nothing to worry about. after 9 days the lump has doubled in size and the pets health has declined rapidly. have booked it in for vets at store to have checked over. very likely they will put him down.
