What are my rights if my neighbor (Duplex, same property) is taking photos

If the pictures are of you where other people can see you, IE where the public can see you, then there is nothing you can do. If they are being taken inside your domicile and/or private fenced areas that would otherwise be closed to the public, there would be issues regarding privacy and tresspassing.

However, stalking laws may also apply.

Are you outside in a place where you wouldn't expect privacy? If you are, then as creepy as it seems, it's not illegal.

There's not enough information to answer this question. Are they taking pictures of you while you are inside your home? Are they taking them while you are outside your home? If you are outside you are considered in public, even if you are on your own property and there isn't anything you can do about it.

if I was you i would fuck em up and say "hey! gimme that camera" then i would take out the memory or film from it and take it to the police as evidence... You feel me?
