What are my financial rights after a break up?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for over 3 years. I have been working the whole time, paying all the bills and mortgage. He never worked, was always lazy and finally i had enough and broke it off. We were living together pretty much the whole time and now his parents are there moving him out. I signed a legal document with him stating that 100 percent of the house is mine, but we are trying to figure out how to split up the posessions. The presents that were given to both of us from his parents - such as a grill, a desk and other furniture they claim they have a legal right to take back. I personally think if they want to take them back that they need to pay me back for half the cost. Especially since i supported him for so long. I also was wondering if I wanted to sue him would i have a good case. I probably pumped 40 grand into him while he played video games and ate junk food the whole time. Do I have any legal rights to this money and the gifts that were shared between us?

you have no right to any money from him just because, that's your fault

as far as the gifts go, yeah, you'd have to figure that out amongst yourself, or take him to small claims court... and they would have to pay the half the current used value, not how much it was new...
