...coming to my apartment and? keeps entering my locked building, by coming in when someone else is leaving, which I thought was breaking the law according to Section 140.05 The Trespass Law in NYC. Is he allowed to just keep ringing my bell non stop. What happens if he doesn't recover the vehicle. How long do they keep trying for? Obviously my ex boss is MIA. I am filing for bankruptcy anyway so I dont care about the credit part anymore unfortunately I have no choice. Is there anything else I should be worried about. BTW, I have no job and no savings and no assets so I def qualify to file bankruptcy. Please help. Any imput will be helpful. Thanks
