What are my chances of getting into Indiana University at the Bloomington campus?

I recently applied to IU and I am awaiting the letter of acceptance or the letter that tells me I did not get accepted. I was expelled from school during the spring semester of last year for a minor possession of marijuana. I did not get a felony and was not actually charged. Any trace of the incident will be expunged from my record when I turn 18. I wrote a very descriptive reflective essay to the admissions office at IU explaining the entire situation, how it has changed my life, etc. My counselor who is also very supportive wrote a letter of recommendation. I am taking 2 online AP classes as well as Psychology. I am also taking English composition at the local community college and the credit will transfer to IU. My test scores are high enough to get into IU and I am retaking both the ACT and the SAT within the next month. My test scores have been fairly low in math, but I did very well on my essays and in the English sections. My cumulative gpa has been a 3.1 or 3.2 and I imagine that my online classes will only help me. I will be back in school during hte second semester of this year, graduate on time and still have the core 40 diploma. I intended on getting the core 40 with academic honors, but that is no longer a possibility. I have participated in sports throughout high school up until this situation. I went to a court ordered cognitive therapy class, a court ordered drug and alcohol class and also participated in therapy for a little while. If I don't get accepted I have plenty alternatives that will help me get on the right track again, but was just wanting some input from others and I also wanted to know if anyone else has been in a similar situation. Sorry for any typos or grammatical errors...

Thanks to anyone that is willing to give their input.
I forgot to add the fact that I am an Indiana resident.
