I'm a second year student with a GPA of 3.6 majoring in mathematical physics. I've done alot of volunteering, designed a couple medical instruments during co-op terms, and have an MCAT of 34R. Will my the fact that my major is difficult than most be taken into consideration at all? What are my chances based on the above? Unfortunately, shadowing is illegal here in Canada so I cannot gain any clinical experience with a physician.
What are my chances of getting into a medical school?
