Hello everyone, I am currently a sophomore at an all girls private high school. I am wondering what my chances of getting a type 1 or type 2 AFROTC scholarship is. I have a strong sense of leadership, as I do a lot of community service such as : feeding the homeless. I am a section leader in my school band, and I also am a leader of a private jazz band that plays at private parties and events like wedddings etc. In adition I played volleyball my freshman year, and I am planning to play tennis hopefully in my junior year and my senior year depending upon how things go. I am also an amnesty international club member, and I will be the president of the club for the next two years. So far my cumilative GPA in high school is 3.6,and I am a member of CSF. I hope to major in computer science(technical major) at an AFROTC university. I also hope to double major or earn a masters degree in operations management at some point in my career. To add to the list, I also have a strong back ground in computers already. Since the age of 14, I have been building and overclocking computers as a hobby and as a research endevour. Since then, I have landed an internship at a "government school" in the computer science department there. I plan on taking some extra networking,and computer server admin class this summer at my local JC. I am also enrolled in honors and AP classes.
So What are my chances of getting a type 1 2 or 3 AFROTC Scholarship?
