What are my chances of being accepted as a transfer to the University of Texas at

Okay, from what i've seen and experienced, UT is overcrowded. If you went to high school in texas you know that all students in the top 10% of their class are automatically accepted. This means that most other high school students are locked out of admission and either go to other schools, can take summer classes and attend UT-Austin in the fall, or do a year at another UT school and transfer their sophomore year.

Now i don't go to UT or know EVERYTHING about their admission process, but if they do all of that, i'm not sure what your chances would be coming from a NON-UT school. But, i;m sure it's not impossible. call a UT admissions officer, they can be more helpful than I'll ever be.

Austin? I have a current 3.25 gpa from 24 credit hours. I have a total of 30 credit hours all together from AP testing. The classes I made B's in I was either 1, or 2 points away from making an A. So basically, I need to put in more effort next year. But I've calculated things, and If I make all A's next year, with the schedule I'm going to have, I will have a 3.73 gpa. I figure that's plenty good enough, but what are my chances of getting in with something around 3.25 like I have currently?
