What are good websites for toyota corolla parts?

I own a 1999 Toyota Corolla, I want to know if there is any websites where I can buy parts/kits for things such as the engine, transmission, and other major things, for cheap of course, to bring this car back up to good driving condition.

Also, if I decide to replace the engine and transmission entirely, what makes and models will fit into a 1999 corolla aside from the original(preferably from newer cars).
 
You won't always need to use new parts as your Corolla is not
new itself... ebay and www.carpart-com are excellent resources.
And many of these parts have low miles on them, and some
brand new as well..

Just some advice here.
