What are good, safe and non-annoying ads that one can add to their HTML website?

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING,

- I get paid for every person who clicks on the ads
- I don't have to pay for anything
- No pop-ups
- Nothing that makes sounds

Please don't give me Google ads. I already know about them, I'm looking for something else please.
