I've been trying to lose weight and eating around only 800 calories a day but I want to stop doing that because I know once I reach my goald weight and eat more than that I will gain all the weight back. What kinds of meals should I be eating in the day so I can continue to lose weight but keep it off.
Should I gradually increase my caloric intake or just go right to where I should be? I don't want to gain all kinds of weight back.
