what are good fish to put with fantail goldfish?

ok so i have two fantail goldfish and i want to get more btw i have a 5 gallon tank and the fish arent big but not small what are good fish that i can put with them and there will be no problem?? and if a fantail gold fishs tail is split in two9the back fin)does that mean its a boy?/
 
maybe some guppies, mollies, tetras, neons.....I'm trying to think of the small fishies :)
