What are good exercises for basketball players?

I'm a 5'9" basketball player with knee problems so i need to strengthen my thighs. My calves are really muscular and so are my thighs (i leg press 400lbs+)except for like the inside of them, I've been doing lunges and walking and squats but nothing seems to work very well. So what are some good exercises to get rid of inner thigh fat?lso what are good exercises for your stomach cuz i have a little roll parallel to my belly button and have stomach abs from crunches and situps but still have that little roll. haha thanks
