I want a bigger butt and thighs soooo bad. Don't say running or squats.
1. But what are good exercises that will make them 10x bigger?
2. How long will it take if I do these everyday, before I start seeing biggness?
3. And if I do heel raises for 5 min non stop everyday, how soon will I notice changes?
