...speed/stamina/endurance? I am planning to join the military in a few weeks and I just wanted to prepare myself (physically) as much as possible before joining.
Right now I am just looking exercises that will help me build up reps in push ups, pull ups, and sit ups.
I already included them in my routine but I am not content with just those three as a workout routine so I am looking for other exercises that might help with those.
And also, I am looking for ways to build up my running speed and stamina/endurance.
I run every other day but I want to do other exercises that will help with those too.
Also, the exercises I'm looking for are exercises that use body weight since I only have a pair of 5 and 10 pound dumbbells(made them myself), and a pair of 6 kilo weights(those strap-on velcro kind) because there's no gym anywhere for miles.
