what are circulating B cells and other questions about immunity?

what are 'circulating b cells' are they the same as regular b cells or b-lymphocyte cells?

also can anyone walk me through what happens when you get vaccinated (exposed) to a virus through needle injection using the following terms

1. mast cells
2. fribrine
3. circulating b cells **
4. memory b cells
5 plasma cells
6. antibodies

i'm studying for a test and think it would help me understand a little more about the immune system
