What are chances of twins in a family that doesn't have a history of that?

The only twins in either of our families is mine and it was invitro and the went in and split the egg on purpose.


So what are the chances?

(Not hoping just want to know the risk)

Also can family history help predict boy vs girl


(My husbands family)

Husband
2 brothers (though one was stillborn)
Husbands father had 2 brothers 2 sister
Husbands mother had 2 sisters

My family:
I have 2 sisters and 1 brother (all halfs)
My father: 1 brother, 2 sisters
My mother: 2 brothers

Not that that means anything

(I imagine its just a 50/50 chance)
I want a boy, my husband wants a girl
I want a boy
