what are cars that can sort of dance called?

Lowriders?

Normally have a hydraulic system in place, which lowers the car, but means that the front or back will "jump" when it is activated.

It's pretty neat, but buggers everything up in the car, and the mod of it costs quite a bit too.
 
they have hydrolics on the wheels enabling them to bounce go side to side etc
