To be more specific, my husband is currently deployed. We have 2 vehicles, one in which we're planning to sell to get something more efficient. That car's title was only under his name so while he was on leave, we changed it to include my name. We both wanted to go ahead and try to sell as soon as we can so it's one less thing to worry about when he comes home. Am I able to sign the title over by myself or does it have to be both us us?
