I'll hopefully be working as a busgirl in a nice restaurant in August and I'd like to know all the responsibilities.
Also, I know I'll get minimum wage since i'll be 16. But my mom (who used to be a waitress) said something about getting a small percentage of tips from the waitresses. It'd be great if you could explain that to me.
