what are best mudguards for keeping dry that fit on a 26" wheel bike?

they help some but you still get dirty and wet. full length or mid are best but clearance on full size can be an issue. also depends on if you have rigid or suspension front fork as to whats available. the smoother the tire tread the less spray thrown off too.
 
im not bothered how nerdy they look - id rather look nerdy and dry than 'cool' with mud spots all over my face
