H holly New member Jun 13, 2009 #1 My boyfriend and I would like to go out to dinner in NYC, but we're not to familiar with what's out there. Between both of our meals, we'd like to keep it under $100, and we'd also like a place where we can dress up to go out to. Any Suggestions?
