Last week, I found about 8 red spots on my arm, they were all clumped together and over the last week they have crusted over but have gone bright red and are sometimes itchy. I keep putting cream on them but i don't know what caused them. Do you think it might be a reaction to something like my parents say or something else. Im getting a bit panicy
