At first I heard that it was going to be used for a massive influx of immigrants or a natural disaster. To me that didnt make sense because of what better way to handle immigration by building a great wall of America and throwing food over it.
Hear is the more logical conclusion:
When the fiat bubble economy of the US ACTUALLY collapses people will riot. The people that riot will most likely be the people who cant afford food and therefor it would make sense to declare martial law and round them up and send them to a slavery camp where they can do manual labor all day for some nutrition.
what do you guys think? if the US economy fails are you going to riot and try to over throw the institutions?
