what are additional dangers of pre teen girls having sex?

preteen daughter has given her virginity... she is to young and too small for sex.. looking for other things to be aware of and warn her about in addition to the issues and hazards of adult sex. Can sex this yung damage her physically. What else does she Need to know? her body isn't even through puberty. However, she is convinced that it was fun... I am ashamed she was able to do this and acts like it is no big deal... I am in shock.. although have had THE TALK I THOUGHT I HAD A COUPLE YEARS LEFT BEFORE SHE WAS EVEN SLIGHTLY INTERESTED..As a man with a 11 year old daughter, I dont know what additial risks or dangers a girl this age is putting herself in... I can't keep her grounded forever.We have talked in detail about diseases , pregnancy and being too yung to get involved in serious relationships at this age Since even before she snuck out to her boyfriends.. and decided to have sex. It seems she hasn't taken any warnings seriously? please help
