What arcade game was it that when you die you shrunk and then an animation

of you getting eaten by a monster? I remember as a little kid this arcade game in when you lost all your health you shrunk then an animation of you getting eaten by a monster. If i remember correctly that was the continue screen so if you didnt add quarters you were eaten. I think the game was similar to Golden Axe or it might of been a golden axe clone.
