Her name is Tegwyn. I want to try and do this based purely on the name, not on personality. What appearance should I give her? i.e. What kind of hair, what color eyes, etc...

Yes, I apologize on the weirdness of the name. It's a fantasy story, a re-telling of The Princess and the Pea. In the original story, the princess has very delicate skin (as it was bruised black and blue by a single pea). Tegwyn means something along the lines of "fair skin". Back story over.
