there is this girl who is a robot maybe an assassin ? I just remember there is this doctor/father Character. There is this city floating in the sky and it just dumbs all its garbage and waste onto the city below and at the end of the movie the girl it trying to clime up to the city in the sky and then she ends up getting killed?
