what anime character should i cosplay as?

I have dark brown hair that's not really long or short, it goes a few inches past my shoulders. I have brown eyes and am pretty tall. I also wear glasses. i'm female and want to dress a female character.I don't want to wear anything too revealing or inappropriate. i won't buy any wigs and i need something simple. please comment
