What Android Phone should i get? the droid x or htc incredible?

I am pretty much set on the fact that i want an android phone that has a full touch screen, because the phone that i have now (the alias 2) has made me hate physical keys. tthe phone is very slow, lags, keys are unresponsive sometimes causing alot of typos, and shuts off alot, not to mention the battery life is blehhh. I like both of these phones, i have played a bit with both of them, two of my friends each have one of the two droids, but i just wanted a little bit of reinforced opinion on which is more reliable in terms of responsiveness of the keys when texting, spacing of the keys, and whether the regular android setup on the droid x or the "sense" setup on the incredible is a bit cooler. Also, price plays a role in which im gona choose so if u can give the price of both of these with a new two year acivation that would be great too
