What Android phone on T-Mobile should I get?

I'm looking to upgrade my phone on T-Mobile, and setting my sights on an Android phone. I always want a physical keyboard. Right now I'm looking at the Motorola Cliq, but not in love with it. Are there are suggestions out there? Or know of any other phones that meet those requirements that are coming out soon? Android 2.0 is a plus as well.
