What amount of morphine used would indicate a 73841 ng/ml level in a urine test?

My sister has an issue with heroin, methadone, vicodin, etc..... a home drug test showed positive for opiates. I sent it into the drug company for further testing and it came back positive for "morphine = 73841 ng/ml" She claims it was from a vicodin prescription she had. What amount of morphine based drug would have to be used to achieve this nanogram level?
the following is the results (copy/paste) from the drug company website:
POSITIVE OPIATES
Morphine = 73841 ng/ml

POSITIVE BENZODIAZEPINES
7-amino-clonazepam = 1348 ng/ml
